These qualities are key to making our cultural shift real and impactful. We’re recruiting the next wave of GenAI changemakers.  You and your job The Responsible GenAI squad drives the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions that enable the bank to apply AI effectively in practice. These solutions enhance the customer journey, streamline data processing, answer internal staff queries, and generate insights and reports to facilitate workflows. To accelerate innovation, the team also develops APIs that help other teams build GenAI solutions faster and more efficiently.  As Medior Data Scientist, you will contribute to building, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of GenAI solutions across diverse use cases within the bank. You’ll be at the forefront of creating tools that tackle complex challenges, improve efficiency, and unlock new opportunities. You and your talent Technical skills and experience: • You have at least 4 or more years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar field; • You have strong programming skills (software engineering experience is a plus) and are proficient in Python; • You have a solid understanding of NLP and LLMs. Experience in building Generative AI applications is a strongly encouraged; • You understand how to work with both discrimin.
